Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product.

Our workbooks are digital products delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods — which are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• All charges are final at the time the order is placed.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase (for example, a broken download link or a corrupted file), please contact us at hello@sunbloom.studio within 7 days of your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue by re-delivering the product.

Shipping & Delivery

All Sunbloom workbooks are digital products. After successful payment, your workbook is delivered electronically via a download link shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you provided at checkout. There are no physical items, no shipping fees, and no delivery delays. Delivery is typically instant (within minutes of payment).

Cancellation Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Sunbloom, you agree that all sales are final and that the workbook is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the workbook files with others. Sunbloom retains all intellectual property rights to the content of its workbooks.

Sunbloom workbooks are educational and self-help resources. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and deliver your workbook (name, email, and payment details processed securely through our payment provider). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
